Hi Friends,
My requirement is as follows:
I want to disable fields Unlimited tolerance (EKPO - UEBTK) field & Over delivery tolerance filed (EKPO- UEBTO) for all type of docuemtns except for service procurement.
For Item category "D" or service procurement Unlimited tolerance (EKPO - UEBTK) should be ticked while creating document by default and should be disable mode.
Can u suggest how to do these two to happen.
Regards
Sai Krishna
Hi,
For this maintian seperate document type for service.
To disable the unlimited and overdelivery tolerance field goto SPRO > Materials Mangement > Purchasing > Define screen layout at document level, there double click your field reference key, then double click on GR/IR control, inside make those required field as display.
For service PO's, maintian inforecord with material group and vendor and in inofrecord use unlimited check box. Then it will by default in PO.
In the above said manner for this field refernce key also make unlimited check box as display so that user can't change this during PO creation.

Prabu

Hi,
under the menu path mentioned below u have to do the necessary settings:
SPRO > IMG > MATERIAL MANAGEMENT > PURCHASING > PURCHASE ORDER > DEFINE SCREEN LAYOUT AT DOCUMENT LEVEL.
here u select the field selection other than which is for service po. check which field selection is for material po and which one for service po where u have defined the document type.
after selecting the field selection in define screen layout at document level, double click on it.
next u have to double click on the gr/ir control, here u maintain these two fields as display.
hope this will serve ur purpose.
regards
jash
