Need to delete the report manually.

Dear Guru,

Yesterday I had uploaded 4 security note in DEV server,all are ok but for one securtity note I have to floowup below process. but how I have to do that I dont no..

kindly suggest the same how can I do step by step below process.

If you implement the correction instructions and the report TH_E070E also exists in your system, you must delete this report manually. For technical reasons, we cannot provide general correction instructions for this report.

If the package STRW does not exist in your system, you must first call transaction SE03 -> "Change Object Directory Entries" and change the package from R3TR PROG TH_E070E to SDEL.

Hi All,

Actually I have a problem with implementing this note, on DEV i did just like the note is saying and it went fine, but when i imported the request into Quality server it gave me an error :

Generation of Programs and Screens (8) Ended with errors

Generation of the transported programs

Program TH_E070E: Syntax error in line 000000

The program 'TH_E070E' is not Unicode-compatible,according to its program attributes.

Database COMMIT executed

Screen TH_E070E 1000 successfully generated

Database COMMIT executed

Check in SE38 that this report is exist in system or not.

Enter the report name TH_E070E and press delete. It will prompt you this message "STRW does not exist"

If the package STRW does not exist in your system, you must first call transaction SE03 -> "Change Object Directory Entries" and change the package from R3TR PROG TH_E070E to SDEL.

When you change the package from SE03 then you will be able to delete the report after entering the Access Key.

Then select the object & click on change and enter the SDEL on the name of package and save.

I made exactly what you said, I click on RETR PROG then enter the program name TH_E070E then F8, I don´t know when you said at next: "Then select the object & click on change and enter the SDEL on the name of package and save"... What and how I select that?! There is, in that screen, a lot of objects... Where I enter the SDEL? I don´t understand!!

Cam you help me please!!

Next screen the object R3TR PROG TH_E070E will appear. just single click on the object and click on the change button, and enter the SDEL on the name of package and save.

That is becasue you have not specified the program name TH_E070E.

1. SE03

2. Double Click on Change Object directory Entry

3. Check the box on the left R3TR PROG and enter the Program name TH_E070E there

4. F8

5.It will give you the output on next screen "R3TR PROG TH_E070E"

6. Click on R3TR PROG TH_E070E and Click on object directory

7.Enter the package name DEL there

8. Save the entry.
