Table for Schedule IT in T&EM

I want the technical names of the

Start Date, Start Time, End Time

Dates in between, Start Times, End Times

End Date, Start Time, End Time

of a Business Event. I need them because the employee should be able to view the training program in the portal, and the total schedule of the training program (ie each day along with the timings). My technical team needs the technical names of these fields for the same.

I know that these fields are available in schedule infotype 1035. But I'm unable to find the technical names of these fields either from HRP1035 or from SQ01.

Please help.

hi niveditha,

just go to start date press F1 key and then u will get text in that u can see a symbol like a tool if u click on in then u can see the technical names for any item. hope this will help u

Thanks for trying to help. But that gives only structure names. The abapers need the table names not the structures. I've tried like this in my first attempt itself. But that does not help them. So I went to tables like HRP1000 for Business Events, Locations, etc. HRPxxxx (xxxx being IT number in T&EM like 1036.)

I want them in tables not in structures.

you have create in the OOTM T-code .. where u have create the no days and schedule and segments times

Hi Nivedita,

You are asking about the fields

HRT1035-EVDAT (begin day, days in the middle, end day)

HRT1035-BEGUZ (start time on all the days)

HRT-1035-ENDUZ (end time on all the days)

There is not end date for this because

yesterday is EVDAT and 10.00am to 12.00pm are BEGUZ and ENDUZ

today is again another EVDAT and it has its own BEGUZ and ENDUZ

tomorrow will be the third EVDAT and it has its own BEGUZ and ENDUZ

like that you can have any number of days and any timings.

Duration/hours-NHOURS

Duration/days-NDAYS

Start date-BEGDA

End Date-ENDDA

NHOURS gives the total number of hours, but not the start time and end time.

NDAYS gives the total number of days, but not the start day ane end day.

If it is so, then I think I can't use them.
