Search help to show filter option automatically

When we click on F4 search help, the filter option does not expand by default.

We have to click on Show Filter, and then we can see other options to restrict the list.

Possible to show the restriction options (filters) as soon as F4 is clicked?

In SE11 open the search help and set the Dialog type to Dialog with Value Restriction
