Webgui slow after patching

Hi ,

We are using CRM 2007 and IE 6.

We have patched the system recently. It was fine before patching.

But now we got an issue with webgui , quote placing.

After entering all the values , when we click the save button it is taking some time to complete..

Before patching it used to be 3 to 4 seconds.. but now its taking around 40 to 70 minutes..

I have checked the icm parameters and they are fine..

Can anyone help me in this

Hi Pavan,

Please check the following items on your SAP CRM 2007:

1. Please apply the following SAP NOTES:

Note 1048388 - General Performance improvements of BSP transactions

Note 1228076 - CRM Web UI: Frontend performance DDLB and input changes

Note 1246144 - Advanced Search right side hidden when resolution: 1024X768

Note 1242599 - IE7: Message # shines through the "More" dropbox

Note 1240769 - Native DDLB value not set when its disabled

Note 1237437 - Config Mode: FireFox support and Visual enhancements

Note 1230443 - Scrollbar missing or not showing up on some CRM views

2. Increase the memory cache size used by the ICM ( transaction RZ12 - parameter icm/HTTP/server_cache_0/memory_size_MB);

3. Execute the transaction SGEN (Especially for BSP Applications);

Ive gone through the notes , parameters and everything looks fine..

Ive opened an OSS message ..

I will update this thread with solution when once i get reply from SAP
