I am running SQL Server 2005. I run multiple users off a Windows 2003 machine using Remote Desk Top.

Where Can I download the correct free version of Crystal Reports for SAP B1 2007 Patch 46?

As for sap b1 is concerned,crystal reports integeration is free,the product key would be automatically generated.

Ensure that you go through the installation guide for crystal reports.
