Powerpoint output from Xcelsius cannot be viewed by other users who receive

We have Xcelsius Present Version 5.1.3.0, Build Number 12,1,3,495

After building a simple dashboard in Xcelsius, it is exported to Powerpoint, after that the resulting file (in powerpoint) is forwarded to other people in order to analyze this file.

When the other people wants to open the file, they cannot see the dashboard.

In some cases people receive the error message:

"Some controls on this presentation can't be activated. They might not be registered on this computer"

Can you help me, in order to determine why the resulting file in powerpoint cannot be viewed in other machines distinct than the original source machine where the file was created?

Hi,

While exporting as Powerpoint the swa file will create with that ppt.if the SWA(flashfile)is not there it wont open.And also check with flash player is installed.

I have seen similar issues before.

This is easily reproducible when you have created the swf on Flash 10 and try to open on machine with Flash 9.

The best option which I found was to have the updated version of Flash Player. In case you are using Flash player 9 try to get to the version 9.0.124 or 9.0.151.

Make sure that Flash Player 9 (or above) is installed in other's PC.

This may solve their issue.
