CCMS- Node for Dialog Work Process Restart

Hi,

I am in the process of configuring cCMs

Please let me know the MTE node name for the following

If a Work Process(Dialog/Background etc) is not restarted after an error, i should get an alert

If a Work Process(Dialog/Background etc) is locked for a long time., i should get an alert
