When I try to print an Items List it only prints out a few of the columns.
Hi
Go to Tools>query > query generator
Select OITM table then you can see all the fields
You can select the field you like and press execute and export or print .
I am not sure from which window you are printing *
Hope this helps

All I want to do is print this &*# window... :~)
I opened the Item List - Selection Criteria window and choose a group, "Jerusalem Collection" which has columns showing stock, prices, etc., on all the items and then I tried to print it and it only prints a few columns. Why does everything in this program have to be so hard to do?
Hi
I realise what was your issue .
You need to customize your PLD (Print layout designer )
Open your Items list .
Then tools> Printlayout designer
Then
Right click on template > Document properties
Change the layout from portait to landscape .Add the fields ypu like to add and save it as new name
Make that layout to default .
Now you will able to get it .
Hope this helps

I tried to follow your instructions and got down to where you say, "Right click on template > Document properties" I get nothing about properties when I right click on any of the templates for the sales document. I only have the choice to edit a template, then save it as default.
Next, you said, "Change the layout from portrait to landscape" I am not seeing that option anywhere in the edit of the template window.
Then you said, "Add the fields you like to add and save it as new name" How do you do that? I find no easy way to add the fields I want to add while in the print editor. Am I missing something here?
I appreciate your help, and it sounds very simple the way you state it, but I am not following how you do this. Can you please elaborate?
Thanks,
Dear Doane,
Follow these steps
1.Open Item List
2.Click 'Print Layout Designer' icon
3.Double click on any System PLD
4.Then Goto
Print Layout Designer Menu ---> Display Document Properties
5.Goto Paper Format Tab
6.There you can see the Portrait and Lanscape options
under Orientation Heading. Select Landscape there.
7.Click update, then Ok
8.To add fields,
Goto Print Layout Designer Menu ---> Add Fields
9.Finally 'Save as' in different name
Still if you have doubt, reply here.
Regards,
Bala

Any other columns do you need? If those columns are not included in the Form Setting - Item List, you have to create user query to get them print out.
Thanks,
Gordon
