Memory in SAP - messages in SM21

I have the following error messages in my system log (SM21), but don't see short dumps in ST22. Can anyone help me tune my memory?

09:00:07 sdcsaprd20_RD2_00 DIA 01 AB0 Run-time error "PXA_NO_SHARED_MEMORY" occur

09:00:07 sdcsaprd20_RD2_00 DIA 01 AB0 Run-time error "SYSTEM_NO_ROLL" occurred

It looks as if it's this program that's causing all the grief: SAPLSTUW. Isn't that the program that updates the ST03 statistics?

read SAP note 88416 and adapt PHYS_MEMSIZE accordingly.

Have you changed your memory parameter recently? What you are getting in SM50? all the work process occupied by SAPSYS? What is your RAM size? is DB and SAP on different host?

I'm running Windows 2003 64-bit Oracle 10.2.0.2 SAP R/3 x 110.

Have a look on Note:146289 Parameter Recomendation for 64Bit kernel. It will help you

Not enough infomration for help. Please provide Hardware OS and Sap version. Because memory management depends on these.

hey it seems some one is trying to perform some heavy transactions in dialog and hence receving these memory issues

I would suggest you to start looking first in what transactions are these errors coming,what are users trying to do
