Hi Gurus
We are using the SRM 5.0 , Classic scenario and we have maintain the config setup in SPRO and I am able to add the SC and save the SC without any issue, but whenever I am trying to view the attachment, I am getting the error message as URL http://med.sap.mgroupnet.com:1088/cisap/edoc/MED/docserver/<Filename>; call was terminated because the corresponding service is not available. When we created new service in SICF and tested the service, it will take me to the same path and shows the blank screen.
Please any one can suggest me how to resolve this and is there any way to find the file location, which we are attaching the document in SC.
Thanks
Sada

Hi Gurus,
We have done the config setup in SRM & R/3 (DMS Concept). Now we are able to add the attachments during creation of Shopping Carts & they are succefully getting transferred to R/3 PR/PO.
Now the approvers want to view the attachments from the SCs, before approving the SCs, but they are recieving the below error.
u201Chttp://med.sap.mgroupnet.com:1088/cisap/edoc/MED/docserver/<Filename> call was terminated because the corresponding service is not availableu201D
To resolve this issue, we tried to maintain the External Alias in SICF as per the URL: http://help.sap.com/saphelp_srm50/helpdata/en/f7/92dd3e6ecb1f39e10000000a114084/frameset.htm to activate the Docserver (/default_host/sap/ebp/docserver) with SRM user-ID & password. We have created the user type for this as a u201CCommunication Datau201D.
Similarly we are trying to maintain the user-ID & password for the ContentServer Anonymous Logon Data (Logon Data Tab) as per OSS note # 685521, with user type as u201CServiceu201D & user group as u201CCPICu201D, we get the message as u201CUser not availableu201D.
Please suggest us the above user ID should be a R/3 user ID or SRM user ID.
Also please let us know where we are missing the config steps, if any.
Thanks & regards,
Sada.
