approval preview shows "no approver found"

Hi,

We are using SRM 4.0 in classic scenario. When the bid is submitted by the bidder and purchaser approves it, the approval preview shows "no approver found" ad-hoc error etc.

There is a manager maintained in the org structure above this purchaser, so why does it still show that no approver is found?

Hi Srivatsan,

The Agent assignment is not done for the Approver Workflow.This kind of error cums up when the agent assignment is not done.In short,the WF is not bale to determine the Agent(Approver).
