Hi,
When I am confirming patches (release 700) in Solman through maintenance optimizer, it is allowing to confirm all except the SPAM/SAINT update version 700/0027.
For the SPAM/SAINT patch, it is giving error "Object <some number> update error".
Please let me know what to do.

Till SPAM level 30 we can directly download it from service market place without any approval from MOP

@sean i said him alternate way of downloading the patch of SPAM/SAINT 30 when he is unable to download from MOpz
I always try to give alternate possible ways to resolve the problem.

You release of SPAM is quite old, it is now at v.34. (from Note 822379), "We strongly recommend that you always import the latest version of the SPAM/SAINT update before you import any other Support Packages." So I would start there.
