Report Bursting

Hello,

I have to use this concept of report bursting wherein i need to run the report for say all the branches and then split into different reports for each branch with file name as those branches.

1.How do you achieve this in BOXIr2

2. I believe you need to use Profiling for this. But i do not see this option in my CMC. Is this some licence issue?

3. Is report bursting possible on WEBI reports?

Hi,

Report bursting can be achieved using Publications wherein data specific to profile will be burst to users added to the profile. Please go through the administrator's/user's guide for better clarity.

Webi report bursting is possible only with XIR3.1

Report Bursting is possible with Deski reports.

You will have to create first profiles and then publication

then when you schedule that report it will burst to the desired destination.

Yes, you need to have the licence for profiles and publication.
