How to Implement SAP Enterprise Elearning?

I've been searching a lot but can not find clear documentation to implement eLearning in my company, I am not clear whether it is a BUSINESS PACKAGE,

Does anyone know any good guide with the steps good identifieds?

A very easy question:

In Configure SAP Enterprise Learning Guide, System Connection point,

said :

"You can create a trusted relationship for the connection between SAP Learning Solution

back-end system and SAP Web Application Server. To do this, you define the calling system

as a reliable system (a "trusted system") in the system being called. The system being called

is the "trusting system".

Who is Backend System? and Who is Frontend?

Is possible create Trusted systems between ABAP System (for example ECC) and JAVA system (for example Enterprise Portal) ?
