Project -Buget Profile

Dear SAP PS EXPERTS ,

We have a problem !

We are creating a project in simulation mode CJV1 and attached materila component to the same so I am getting the costs for the projects.

Next I go to the CJV4 I have created the operative project

then I create the buget for the same, give the same buget as the commited costs of the materials ,

But when I am try=ing to relase the budget the system says the budget exhausted????

I am not able to release any budget for the operative project.

What should I do???

Hi,

Your message is system says the budget exhausted not Exceeded that means you can release the project and the commitment cost is almost equal to the budget assigned for the project or a particular WBS.

Check again the tolerance limits .

Check the tolerance limits for the budget profile used in ur project.

Try increasing the budget and then release.
