SHDB with mail merge

I have created a BDC for a TCODE, how do I change data with mail merge.

your question is not clear , Can you give more information...?

I mean to say without doing any sort of programming is there any other way by which we can run BDC to change data.

Mean while I have found a way, we can do BDC for multiple records using mail merge.

yes You can do it.

1.Do a Recording of your Transaction.

2.Arrange the data that you want to use with BDC in One Excel file

3. Download the recording into the Txt format.

4. Copy that text into the Word.

5. Do a mail merge with this recording by using data source as the excel file that you created in Step 2 (It is Assumed here that you know mail merge feature of Word )

6 . After Completion of Mail merge , Click on Print preview button

7 . This will generate the repeated text for each row in your Excel.

8 . Now Save this file as plain text.

9 . Go to the Transaction code SHDB

10 . Import the file which you saved in Step 8

11 . Process the Recording.
