Dear Friends,

When i do Usage Decision to Plant A , and when i press F4 to list the UD codes

system is proposing all the UD codes including other plants

how to avoid or hide the UD codes of other plants , want to display only my plant

Hi,

Go to QCCO select inspection planning - inspection type - in that select the respective inspection type and in that detail screen select the selected set for the usage decision you want

this will solve your problem.

please revert back for any clarification

Thanks your valued Answer,

As recommened i already tried by means of changing inspection type

intially i assigned UD coded and marked selected set in same plant

then i try to record UD as expected the only the plant UD is pop up when i press F4

but you there are many plants

so i removed the UD code and just marked tick for only selected set in the same plant

now i try to UD but now all the UD codes are displayed

My requirement only UD codes of the plant must be displayed

is there any other way to assign in inspeciton plan

Hi,

Go to QS51,maintain with respect to plant create selected sets.in the selected set u maintain list of code groups u want for Plant A.

Then it will display only those code groups and codes.

it will solve ur problem

Hi

This can be controlled through configuration. T code SPRO, go to Inspection types details. There you have option to have only those selected set which belong to the particular plant. Select the check box & maintain the selected set in the required plant
