Flag 'Not Released' for Business Partner

Hi Experts,

For Business Partner in CRM which has the role ship - to party, whenever i tries to mark "Not Released" flag, an error message appears "Business partner has an open backlog. Cannot deactivate."

Please suggest what can be done or which table can be checked to remove this error.

Hi Jatin!

If you are familiar with ABAP debugger I can suggest set breakpoint at statement MESSAGE and then set you flag, switch debug on and press SAVE. You-'' see where is the problem.
