i think u are using the option repeat delta R. I think this option is not used for master data.

Hi Suyash,
Delete request; Replicate Data Source in RSA1; Activate TS by using prog "RS_TRANSTRU_ACTIVATE_ALL" & schedule the IP again. Still, if it fails, then run the INIT after deleting init flag
hope this will help u

I had faced similar problem with a data load,in my earlier project.
See below..maybe it can help..
0MATERIAL attributes-Update mode R error
Summary: 0MATERIAL attributes infopackage load failed with errors in the source system. Load failed at extraction stage itself. Error message says: Update mode R is not supported by the extraction API. Manually running the infopackage does not work.
System Environment: BW 3.1C
Modules/Sub-modules Involved: None
Key Issues/Requirement: Running the manual infopackage again gives the same error. Cannot see data in PSA as extraction didnt occur at all. Therefore, also cannot try initiating a manual update. Unable to update data.
Detailed Issue Description: 0MATERIAL attributes-Update mode R error
The Requirement: How to update the data since normal problem-solving methods are not working?
Solution Details: Pull data only till the PSA. Later update it to data targets.
Diagnosis: The error indicates that the application program for the extraction of the data was called using update mode R. It indicates that this is not supported by the Infosource.
Solution Options: This infopackage has run correctly since a number of months. There was no change made in the infopackage or infosource recently. This error showed up only on this particular day. Though we have not been able to determine the root cause for the error, we have been able to find the solution to the problem.
To solve, edit the manual infopackage settings to pull the data only till the PSA. Run the infopackage load. Once data comes to the PSA, then update it to the data targets. This works and the above error does not show up. Data gets updated successfully.
hi Suyash,
simply just do initialization again,
(0MAT_PLANT_ATTR 0MAT_PLANT_TEXT)
you may need to delete first the init request flag,
from infopackage, menu 'scheduler'->option for source system, in next screen, click the request and 'delete' (icon trash) and run infopackage again with option 'initialize'.
hope this helps.
