UDFs Grayed Out

I have a user who's UDFs are all grayed out. Normally we just hit CtrlShiftB and mark them active. In this case however there is no active column available. I have not seen this before, any suggestions?

Have you tried to check the ENABLE FLAG for this udf in UDF PARAMETRIZATION ?

It was all of her UDFs and very sudden. The other solution offered fixed it, thanks!
