Unable to See System Information

Hi Experts,

I am unable to open the System information page(http://hostname:portno),

Its directing to https://hostname:portno);and is opening a secuirty page which has a certificate to accept.

In the past i didnt have any problem in viewing this information.

Even I am unble to connect to the server using NWDS by giving the details of J2ee engine details.

(hostname and message port)

Please advice me.

check you Internet explorer>tools->internet options>content-->certificates

are there any certificated maintained there ?

Is SSL configured in you system ?

Which user-id you are using to check systeminfo page? Can you please use user-id with admin rights (e.g J2EEA_DMIN) for checking this page?

Hi,

I did try http://hostname:5xx00/sap/monitoring/SystemInfo but every time i do a Securtiy popup window to verify the Certificate and if I accpet it and it is asking username and password for which I use J2ee_admin who is a super user.

I am confused why I get a pop up window in the past we didnt have these problems.I wonder where I need to change to get the normal Portal page where it asks user name and password.

You can try http://ipaddress:50000/sap/monitoring/SystemInfo

Also check your hosts file contains the hostname entry with the correct ip address.
