I would like to know how to find Document flow of a Support message.
For example I have a Support message, there are few Change requests and tasks linked to it. This can be viewed from CRM_DNO_MONITOR transaction (Where used list button / Document flow inside the Support Desk incident), preceding documents and related documents doesnt´n appear.
Any sugestion about that?

In a Supp. Messaje, there are Change Requests (correction) generated by that service desk message.
If I entry in that Service Desk Message or Change Request Management (correction) created by that Service Desk Message, I try to see the Doc. flow precedent, in the case of Change Request (a service desk message) or in the Service Desk Message the Change Request Management related. Preceding doc. and related doc. doesnt´n appear when I press the doc. flow button.
