Hi,

Is Support Package upgrade failed in IMPORT_PROPER step ? then plesae refer

http://www.sapfans.com/forums/viewtopic.php?f=12&t=309661&p=954180

We also faced same issue in Solution manager and issue solved by running to r3i commad

tp r3i <SP_name> <SID> pf=<transport profile> -Dclientcascade=yes -Dstoponerror=8 -Drepeatonerror=8 -Dsourcesystems= tag=SPAM

eg:

D:\usr\sap\trans\bin>tp R3I SAPKB70014 SID pf=TP_DOMAIN_SID.PFL

-Dclientcascade=yes -Dstoponerror=8 -Drepeatonerror=8 -Dsourcesystems= tag=SPAM

Note: Before executing above command please contact SAP (OSS message)

Thanks,

This message typically comes due to inconsistency in Data Dictionary. Please check the ST22 dump if it writes something like "Type "OCSxxxxx" is unknown". Then there in inconsistency inside the table "OCSxxxxx".

To check the table, Call SE14 and choose the menu path "Check" > "Database Object".

To eliminate the inconsistency in tables, proceed as follows:

a) Log on as user DDIC.

b) Call transaction SE14.

c) Enter the name of the table and choose "Edit".

d) In the menu, choose: "Table" -> "Reconstruct".

e) Confirm the execution as an emergency repair.

f) Exit the list by choosing "Back" (F3).

g) Call transaction SE11.

h) Enter the name of the table and choose "Display".

i) Activate the table.

If the support packs does not apply correctly specially SAP_BASIS then system throws these type of dump. So if you are not able to execute any transation then you have to raise a message to SAP for support. Only they can help you with some OS command otherwise you have to restore your system with your latest backyp.
