Web Dispatcher- SSL Certificate

Hi all,

We had configured web dispatcher for incoming messages for XI. Now we are using the SSL certificate for XI system. Its working fine.Now the web dispatcher is routing to the xi system. There is no SSL verfication in web dispatcher. Only Xi system verify the SSL certificate. But we like to change the configuration. We need to verify the SSL certificate in web dispatcher level after that Web dispatcher re encrypt with new certificate and validate with XI system.we had configured the setup. But we dont know where need to keep the certificate in web dispatcher system. Some one will give light on this.

Hi Prakasu,

In answer to your question the SWD certs are stored in the Personal Security Environment

(PSE). Follow this link to a PDF that details how to setup SSL on the Sap Web Dispatcher (SWD).

You can setup the SWD to terminate the SSL, re-encrypt or end-2-end.
