Samrt forms Purchase order template

Hello guys,

we are having a SAP 4.7 system and we want to do your purchose orders via SmartForms.

But there is no template in the system. Are there any notes for example were I can get this....

Hi,

If there is made a smartform for purchase in 4.7 then it will not be a good working one.

Copy 1 from a higher level (ECC5 or ECC6).

I have done this before for other smartforms. I didn't take very much trouble to get it working.

You ofcourse also have to copy the printprogram to it.

Try it. You won't regret.

but where can get this stnadards smart form documents???

We are not having a ECC system.

Are there a note or something like that.

Hi Christian,

By accident i have worked om the smartforms of the last BestPractice project (for NL, B, Lux ,in Fr)

and i even changed the German PO smartform.

I you want i can sent it to you. But i do not think i find time for it today.

Hi,

I am realyl not sure whether there were smartforms designed for purchase orders in 4.7 version.

Its in ECC6.0 that we have them.

I dont think smartforms were used for POs. Plz ensure the same from anybody else.

Even I was of the same opiniion(PO smartforms being available in 4.7)

In which case, you can migrate the MEDRUCK sap script (Which is used for the PO) to smartforms
