Hi All,
We have installed GRC Process control 2.5.and configured NWBC
sucessfully.
When we are opening Compliance Structure>>Organization Structure..and
we found "create & Open" button is grayed.
I have assigned the following roles to my user id.
SAP_GRC_SPC_ALL
SAP_GRC_SPC_BUSINESS_USER
SAP_GRC_SPC_CUSTOMIZING
SAP_GRC_SPC_DISPLAY
SAP_GRC_SPC_SETUP
As per the security guide of GRC PC 2.5 if the user is having SAP_GRC_SPC_ALL role will super user.but this authorization NOT is working .
I have activated all the BC sets as per the note:"1234713"
Is there any step i have missed out....
Kindly help me..
Thanks & Regards
Gangadhar
Execute the Transaction(Tcode): GRPC_STR_CREATE
"Create Root Organizational Object" - if one is not defined already and specify validity dates.
For Eg:
Corp Node
Org 1
now when you logon from frontend, you should be able to see and create new organizations.
Note:
You will not be able to create new Organizations w/o defining the Top level Corp node in the PC
backend.

HI Gangadhar
Just for your information, dont use NWBC and GRPC_STR_CHANGE at same time. Then it will lock the organization in the frontend.and you wont be able to add or edit any Organization.
Thanks

Hi Gangadhar,
The Corporate node and one subnode(Organization) under it should be created in the backend first. Please create those using the transaction 'GRPC_STR_CREATE' and assign the subnode to the Corporate. After you do this, those buttons should be enabled. Please let me know if you were able to resolve the issue.
Thanks & Regards,
Venky.
