Payroll Driver is not selecting any Employee

Hi,

I have done all the configurations related to Payroll.

Enterprise Structure

Pay Scale Structure

Payroll Organization

Basic Pay & Planned Working Time IT for one employee.

But when I am running payroll for that employee, it is not selecting any employee.

Earlier it is getting one error related to currency.

That I resolved.

Hi samridhi,

check for the input parameters specially ;payroll area and payroll schema-

1. check if u r passing the same payroll as it mentioned in the IT0001.

2. check the control records are matching with the current dates

3. if u have tick the checkbox against the payroll area to run the payroll

4. if u r using payroll driver and schema of the same grouping.

hope it helps to resolve the issue.

Hi,

1.) Check the IT0003 record if the employee is Locked and check the Run Payroll upto and Do not Run Payroll feilds also

2.) Check the PY area

3.) If this employee was running till last month Payroll Check if the IT0001 record PY Area is being Changed in between the month

4.) Check the IT0000 WPBP split record .

Check the start date and end date of the hiring of the employee

and dates which u set in the contorl record once

Please check the payroll area dates for the current period and hiring dates of the employees and payroll area assigned to the employees in IT 0001 Organizational Assignment.

did u congifure the py area and controll record?

And ensure that you are running the py for the first py period.

Yes, I have configured Payroll Area and control Record. I am starting Payroll from 01.04.2009.

So, Everywhere I am maintaining this date.

Hiring Date : 01.04.2009

Control Record Date: 01.04.2009

Running Payroll for current period.

Hi,

Check the employment status of the employee in IT 0000. It should be 3. If it is 0 then payroll will not run.
