Hi Experts,

As we archive our outlook, is it possible to archive the alert inbox too?

If so, plz help me, how to do that.

all i can think of is to download the alerts in to a local file/excel sheet by executing the report "RSALERTDISP"

depends on what exactly your requirement is. will watch this thread as it is interestng to see if there is an automatic archiving process into some table or sorts.

Actually my req is am giving all alerts to user, whenever an event happens.

User is using EP screens. We are planning to give alertinbox to him through UWL. If that works, then we should facilitate him to archive it, for that am trying to know whether its possible or not.

In SARA transaction, I am not able to see any Archiving Object for Alerts.

Possibly due to the fact that alerts are on the Java Stack.

How about creating a rule in the alert inbox and forward them to your outlook email.

Fron there, you can archive them time to time...
