Cancel a bulk of messages with code 014

Hi Forum,

We've been having problems deleting a bulk of messages that have failed & can be seen as code 014 after running RSXMB_SHOW_STATUS.

When trying to first cancel the messages with RSXMB_CANCEL_MESSAGES, the program doesn't seem to recognize the messages & I get the error "No XML messages exist for this selection" or "no text matches the selection criteria".

Hi,

I don't think there is any provision given to cancel messages which are showing the sys error status.

Try deleting messages from sxmspmast and sxmspmast2 tables. That will be helpful in your case.

We managed to move the messages so 021 using the report RSXMB_CANCEL_MESSEGES.

Now we need to move the messeges to archive & then we can delete them.
