Inspection plan transfer fron one client to another

Hi all,

What i the best method to transfer/copy inspection plan fron one client to another.

My client want to transfer all his QM master data from one client to another new fresh client .

MIC, inspection method can be tranfered by ale but no ALE for inspection plan
