System Information Error

Hello All,

When I am trying to login System INformationby accessing http://Golit**:50100 of our ECC 6.0 System with j2ee_admin it is giving me error:com.sap.engine.monitor.infoapp.SystemInfoException: Unable to read component infromation.I need to check the System Information urgently.

You can check at /usr/sap/<SAP_System ID>/JC<J2EE Engine Instance>/j2ee/cluster/dispatcher/version.txt

Hi

System information is written to the defaultTrace.trc file.Path for the file is:

usr/sap/<SAP_System ID>/JC<J2EE Engine Instance>/j2ee/cluster/server<n>/log/

Please check for error in the above file, if any, post the same over here.

Are you able to access other links on the login page?
