Broadcaster Variable Schedule Date

Is there a way to use a variable for the date and time the broadcaster will email workbooks. We want to email some workbooks right after the financial books close. This date will always change and cannot predict. Is there a userexit or something?

Just a thought.

You can link the Broadcaster to the end of the process chain which loads the Financials Book Close load. So, that once the process chain successfully runs, the workbooks get emailed.
