One user while accessing the PDD in MSS, i getting the following error message:

We have checked the authorization for this user and even tried to delete, recreate the user and reassign the authorization for this user. But this did not help.
This is the case with only this user. Other users faced similar problems but got resolved by deleting the cookies and temporary internet files of the internet explorer. But this does not work with this user.
Could you please help in identifying the cause and provide the user with a solution.
