Open PO`s and PR`s

How can I get a list of open PR`s..I tried with ME5A but no luck..

You can do it in production directly not a problem.

hi,

Try without activating indicator for Closed requisitions.On execution, report will show you open PO's.

Hi,

For Open PRs hope u have used processing status properly in ME5A.

For Open POs u can use WE101 as a selection parameter in ME2M

you can create a LSMW with me52N Transaction & considering the Closed Tick at line item Quantities / Dates tab

Hi,

Enter ME5A t-code,

Enter your required detail and enter N - Not edited in Processing Status.

You got purchase requisition for which purchase order is not created.

The standard report "ME5A' give the open PRs list provided you do not check the box " closed requisitions".
