open contracts upload

Hello Friends,

I wanted to upload open service contracts from legacy to SAP system.

In some contracts monthly billing started some time back and to be billed for the rest of the months. When I upload this data into SAP, In my contract, based on contract start and end date billing plans are getting updated for the whole period(periodic billing is activated now)..

I want to upload the total periods but billing status should be completed for the previos months,so that the old periods will not be billed againg in SAP.Could you please advice how to contol this situation in uploading.

This problem got resolved after keeping billing block at billing plan level.
