Is there any possibility of applying a standard sample CSS file I have to my webdynpro java application without making use of NWDS Theme editor or portal themes.
No,we can't apply css in webdynpro ,would be better use JSPDynPage for development of component here u'll find all possibility(Css,Html JavaScript etc)
