Approval status of a Trip

I can only see the below list of approval statuses in ECC history(PR05) and even in ESS .

but my requirement is to have also have 'Trip Rejected' status when the trip is rejected by Manager in the approval status,Please suggest how i can acheive this?

Approval status (STATU-ANTRG)

Characteristic

Meaning

1 Request entered

2 Request approved

3 Trip completed

4 Trip approved

5 Request on hold (missing documents)

6 Trip on hold (missing documents)

there is not status called trip rejected. Once manager rejects trip status does not change. Once employee gets email with comments from manager for rejection he should change the trip and resubmit.

Hello Kittu,

You can get only the status "rejected" if you use the workflow process.

Dear Raynard,

In our case when user clicks on Reject Button, Send Message box appears. But no status is changed.

Is there any function module to be called when user clicks on "Reject" Button.

No,I guess.

I standard SAP is not providing the status Trip rejected,When ever the trip is rejected

the status shows as Trip approved

Hello,

Once the trip is rejected, the status is "Canceled". You can do this in PRAP.
