Hi All,

How & where can i configure the following requirement in system?

1. Where can i set the probation period for employee group.

2. Where can i define the leave types applicable during probation period & after probation period.

Hi,

Create the one monitoring task in configuration, and maintain the probation period like 1, 2 months to your task type.

After that assign the take type to your leave type in V_T559L table in selection rules, in applicability tab.

Results: then we could not get the quotas with in probation period.

Thanks for your quick response. Can you please explain the comfiguration little bit in detail. Where i need to that configuration?

My requirement is, in probation period, an employee can take 1 PL, 1/2 SL & 1/2 CL per month.

After completion of probation period, the absence quota for employee will be 12 PL, 6 SL & 6 CL.

How can i configure this so that this will happen automatically after succesful completion of probation period?

in table T559L

u will set the requirment as oer te employee category

later u need to configure the Confirmation Action in PA40

After probaltion period is over so that u can set ur leave records as per ur requiremnt

Applicabilty of Leave Type can be defined by two ways

1) Through User Exit

2) By ESG Grouping but for this u need to have dfiffernt EG / ESG during Probation Period.
