Process Status & Release Status

Dear All,

I had configured "Release Status" functionality to authorize the sales price before sales.

Release status linked with Process status as mentioned below.

Process Status - Release Status

1. No value - A Blocked

2. 02 - Released.

By default process status come as blank field in VK11 transaction. Now condition record should get blocked, because Process status with no value is attached to A - Blocked under Release Status. But it's not working.

If I create a new process status 01 & attach with release status A Blocked means, working fine.

But my requirement is, I want to block the condition record if no value in Process Status.

Pls suggest me.

Hi Senni,

It looks like you are you are doing this because of SOX reasons. In our project, we implemented a user-exit to first default the processing status for blocked, then then to ensure the user is different from creator when removing the block.
