Remaining order plant value

Hi,

In my project, for one of the WBS, plan value is Rs.12701991, actual value is Rs,1666280 and commitment is Rs. 9520761 so acutal + committment = Rs.11187041 which is already exceed by Rs,1514850 wrt plan. Still in remaining plan value system is showing Rs. 1931965.

How can it possible?? because of remaining plant value, my budget is getting exceeded.

Try reconstruction using CJBN, CJEN and then check.

Thanks Sanjay,

I understood how remorderplan value is coming. actually if PR value is > PO value(for network activity and material) then difference is called remorderplan.

But now i am not able to change the PR value of service activities when PO is made out of it (but i can change PR value of material attached to network even if PO is made from it).

What to do to change the PR value of service activity after PO is made so that remorderplan can be made zero and that value can be used in budget
