Hello Community,
A quick and easy question :
Are there any problems with performing a cube to cube data load via creating an 'export data source' if the original cube has already been compressed and data is no longer partitioned by request ID ?
Thanks !
Keith
Hi Keith,
No Issue at all. I have done that.

In fact it is better in terms performance. No issues you could go ahead and create Export data source and load it to other cube.
Hope this helps

Hi Keith;
You shouldn't have any issue, it doesn't matter you have compressed the cube or not you can always load the data into an another cube using export data source. This is actually very useful when your cube is getting bigger and want to archieve within BW itself or if you want to split the KF from the original cube.
