Hi,

We are able to connect to the http://<SERVER NAME>:50000/ but we are not able to connect to any of the other link, for example, if we click on the SAP NetWeaver Administrator or System Information, the internet explorer does not show anything. Can someone let us know what to do ?

Thanks,

NK

We checked all the logs, there was no entry for today. Checked the jcmon, it showed all the apps up and running. But we were not even able to go to VA, Standalone Log Viewer and other Java apps. We had to recycle the server.

Hi

You can check these logs when problem with starting J2ee server

check the following log files in the work directory, std_server0.out and dev_server0. The dev_server0 will usually provide the exit code with a small description and the std_server0.out will provide the runtime details

Uday, thanks for your reply. We did check the j2ee through jcmon pf=<instance profile> and the system is running. We cna go to the SAP Web App server home page but cannot go to any other link on that page. It has jsut started. It was working earlier. Can you let me know which logs to check.

Thanks,

NK

Hi NK,

It was working earlier

what operation occurred after which it stopped working?

as you're able to go the initial page I believe the server is up but its yet to start all the applications. you may need to increase the number of application threads in configtool and restart java cluster.

You can check default.trc at \usr\sap\SID\JC<instance number>\j2ee\cluster\server0\log
