*Problem:*
We have 2 scenarios that generate printed versions of Crystal Reports:
(1) We specify the desired format to be printed and when printing directly from Crystal Reports, the printed version of the report is printed to our specification
(2) We have an in-house, ASP.NET application that incorporates a PDF Viewer for viewing the Crystal Report as a web document
Unfortunately, the Crystal Reports that are printed via our in-house, ASP.NET application doesn't print to our specification like the reports that are printed directly from Crystal Reports. These reports appear to adhere to a different formatting configuration (e.g., smaller font sizes, larger spacing between records) than was specified when the report was printed directly from Crystal Reports. Therefore, we would like to know the following information:
(1) If we configure the reports, is there something else that needs to be set to maintain the current reporting format?
(2) Do we need to configure something additional on the PDF Viewer or ASP.NET application to honor the Crystal Report's formatting requirements?
(3) What is controlling the reformatting of the report?
(4) What is responsible for the report formatting to be changing?
(5) How can we resolve this issue ASAP?
(6) Are there any "Hot Fixes" supplied by Crystal Reports that we can apply immediately?
