Hello All,

I am facing a problem in the Workload Monitor (st03n), when i select my sever and try to retrive the data, its showing that there is no data available.

I have seen SAPOSCOL in the services its running fine.

I have tried executing the report from se38 - rsstat83 its throwing a dump "LOGDB_SSCR_NOT_FOUND".

The standard job is working fine.

Everything else is fine, i wonder why i am getting this error, And this issue i am facing from past 2 days, i can retrive the data till 19th of this month but fail to get the data of 20,21st..

Please can anyone tell me what could be the problem, and how to get through it.

Immediate response will be appreciated.

Thanks,

Regards,

Mudassir Imtiaz.

Dear mudassir

I am also facing same problem LOGDB_SSCR_NOT_FOUND dump coming after executing RSSTAT83 report.

Pls tell me what to do. Coz in ST03 its showing no system load data available

is that problem belongs to data collector background jobs getting calcelled or time zone setup.

I am in Bangalore (INDIA)....

Hi Gaurav,

If your problem still persists after trying the above steps..

look into these things..

1. Check if your COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFORMANCEMONITOR (RSCOLL00) is running or not

2. Is your stat file modified after the job has run? i.e. /usr/sap/SID/DVEBMGSXX/data/stat

..also check the file permissions for that file as 777.

You could also try to update the saposcol version.

Hi,

1. All Standard jobs should run in client 000.

2. Time Zone problems is typically the main cause for this kind of issue.

Check timezone in which the standard jobs are running.

Time zones are at 3 levels.

1. OS level

2. R/3 system time can be found in tcode STZAC.

3. Tcode SU3 user profile you can check.

See also SAP Note 926290.

Hello All,

Thanks Uday & Vincent for your help, I have looked into the notes.

I figured out that there is a diffrence in the time zone. In the status i have seen this ..

System time UTC +3 11:12:51

Time zone CET 10:12:51

Now can i just directly change the time zone in SPRO and restart the server will this solve the problem.

The problem is i can retrive the data of 2 days ago. Today when i have looked in to ST03n its showing the data records till 20th, yesterday when i was trying to retrive the data it could just get till 19th. so is there anything else i have to do other than the change in the TIME ZONE.

Thanks,

Just make sure that SAP_COLLECTOR_FOR_PERFMONITOR job should run properly in the system

Note 966309 - Contents of table TCOLL in SAP_BASIS 700

970449

966631
