Hello experts
Once Usage decision is done , the inspection lot is closed.
If accidently , we did not do results recording and force the UD; is there a way to open the lot and enter the results recording.
Currently system does not allow to enter the results once the UD is closed as the status of the lot is closed.
Appreciate your thoughts.
Thx
Gaurav
Hi Gaurav,
As per Standard SAP once UD is done, it should not be changed and therefore is not available as a standard feature.
It can however be done with by implementing SAP Note 175842. You need to create program with the help of Abaper reference to note 175842.You can create a Z transaction to enter the lot no. for which you want to do reverse posting & execute. You can see the stock for the lot again in inspection stock.
You may then cancel your original GR document.
A lot of similar suggestions are available in SDN. Just key in Cancel UD in the search Field of the main page.

Yes, you can enter results for long-term characteristics after the usage decision is completed. To do this you need to go into the usage decision (QA12) and then go menu Edit--> Reset > Inspection completion. This will change the system status from UD ICCO to LTIN. Now you can go to change your results (QE01), a message will appear to ask "Do you want to carry out a long-term insp.?" and you should answer Yes. Now you can add your results and save. Go back into the usage decision and re-complete it by selecting menu Edit> Inspection completion--> Complete.

Hi Gaurav,
Please find steps to implement SNOTE -->
___________________________________________________________
1. Use T.Code SNOTE.
2. Use menu GOTO --> SAP Note Download. Give the Note number and Execute. now the note is downloaded to your development system from SAP.
3. Use menu GOTO --> Note Browser.
Enter the note number and Execute. Now double click on the displayed line. OSS Note solution will be displayed on the screen.
4. Now again click Execute to adopt the solution in the note.
