I checked the settings in config tool and they are as mentioned in the note .I raised the issue because i heard that there is some issue with SP09 that visual administrator gets hanged at 99%.
Read the logs post the errors here, without information theres nothing we can do to help you. Also I have read several threads about similar problems here on SDN... did you do a search?
