Depending on your needs.

I have found out a FM to create the rules ... K_SRULE_SAVE_UTASK ...

Be aware that this FM is not validating against your parameter ...

And i would think that we could have a better way of creating the rules through BAPI ... etc ...

but i haven't found out that yet for now ...

Have you found BAdi, I have the same problem, how to create wbs with supplement rule under existing project in ABAP?

Do you have solution, can you share it?

Create the settlement rule by using CJ02. It could be easy for you.

Use "WBS_SETTLEMENT_RULE' BAdI. Youy have to configure settlement strategy for the same and generate settlement rules using CJB2.
