Hi all
I have a problem with a printer
when anything from sap gets printed it prints an extra page showing the
User: xxxx
Host: xxxx
Class:
Job:xxxxxxx
Any advice

check OS printer queue settings like banner page,form feed etc and output attributes at SAP level

it was the banner page
It i a sap user
The Printer does the same thing when multiple users print
In sap it is using berkley protocal and the users are printing diretly to the IP of the Printer
First find out whether this is an operating system issue or an SAP issue:
Is xxxx an OS user or an SAP user?
