R3AI_SI_CONNOBJ Bdoc error

Hello experts,

I´m having problems trying to load the object SI_CONNOBJ (data from ISU to CRM) trough transaction R3AS (initial load). The system is giving me the following Bdoc error "General error (exception) in API product" ¿Does anybody know what´s the problem?

Any help will be very appreciate. Points are guaranteed

Hi,

Have you applied note 1022350?

OR

Check and assign the Prod. ID Length to '40'. You can do this

with the transaction 'COMCPRFORMAT'. Yours maybe too short

for your number range interval ...

Many thanks for your answer Olivia. The Log ID product is fine (set 40) and the note 1022350 solve the problem.

Hi German,

Query is regarding belew thread.

Error messges:

1. Enter a logical system (Message no. COM_PRODUCT707)

2. Parameters missing when calling method CL_COM_PRODUCT_BASIC=>TBDLS_READ_SINGLE (Message no .COM_PRODUCT813)

After updating BBPCRM SP to 60005, above error are cleared.

I am getting the below error while downloading SI_CONNOBJ

General error (exception) in product API (Message no. IBSSI_CRMTO_MESSAGES085)

I came across your issue and you mentioned Note 1022350 solved your issue. I am on updated SP and the mentioned note is not applicable to me

Log ID is 10 in the backend so I maintained 10 in CRM side.

Could you please share your solution?
